A neutral grey hand painted backdrop with an even, low texture and a soft ombre from top to bottom. The grey sits in the middle of the range, neither warm nor cold, lighter across the upper part of the canvas and deepening gently towards the floor. It is the everyday grey that most studios end up using more than anything else. It works behind headshots, full-length portraits, groups and product work alike, and it takes coloured gels well if you want to change the mood.
