Commission slot — September (£100 deposit)

There is one of me and one easel, so commissions go on in the order they are booked. This holds one of the September slots.

How it works. The £100 is a deposit and comes off the price of your backdrop. Once you have paid, I write within two working days to agree the colour, texture and size. When we have agreed the colour, I invoice the balance (from £70 for a 100×135cm canvas up to £760 for the 270×430cm), it goes on the easel in turn, and it is painted, photographed for your approval and shipped mounted on its core within two to three weeks.

Refunds, plainly. If we cannot agree a colour within three weeks of your deposit, I refund it in full. Once the colour is agreed and I have started mixing paint, the deposit is non-refundable: the canvas is being made for you and nobody else.

Prices are the same as the backdrops on the shelf. There is no bespoke premium.
