Muslin wins on travel, on price, and on the washing machine, and I paint canvas for a living. Here's the comparison I'd give you on the phone, cost-per-shoot maths included, even where it doesn't flatter us.
Paper, vinyl, printed, muslin or painted canvas? I sell one of these for a living, but the honest answer to "which backdrop should I buy" starts with the material, not the brand.
I paint these for a living and even I think the label gets abused. Plenty of "fine art" backdrops are a flat dark print with a posh name. The real thing does three checkable jobs, and colour choice matters more than any of them.
