Godox SL60IID Daylight COB LED Video Light with App Control

The SL60IID, which replaces the SL-60W, is a compact, affordable mains-powered LED built around a 70W COB chip. It's daylight balanced at 5600K (plus or minus 200K) and puts out 18,600 lux at 1m with the standard reflector, dimmable anywhere from 0 to 100%.

Colour is accurate, with a CRI of 96 or above and a TLCI of 97 or above, so skin tones and product colours come out true and it's suitable for broadcast. Improved cooling makes it much quieter than the previous model, which helps when you're recording sound. Eight built-in effects, such as storm, TV, flashes and a broken bulb, add a little atmosphere to film work.

You can run it from the buttons on the back, the Godox Light smartphone app or the RC-A6II wireless remote (sold separately). At 140 x 236 x 215mm and about 1.5kg it's easy to carry to a client's home or a location set.

The Bowens S-Type mount takes softboxes, snoots, Fresnel lenses and beauty dishes. Put it in a softbox for a video interview, YouTube channel or live stream in front of a painted canvas backdrop, and you get a clean, steady key light that keeps the backdrop's colour true on camera.
