Ceiling Rail Track System with 2 Pantographs

This ceiling rail system hangs two lights over your set, so a key and fill, or a key and a background light, need no stands at all. Two fixed 3m rails and two moving 3m rails make a grid that covers about 9 square metres. Each pantograph rides on its own carriage and pulls down anywhere from 39.5cm to 203cm below the ceiling. Each one holds up to 15kg, which is enough for studio strobes or COB LEDs with large modifiers.

Clearing the stands off the floor gives you room to move around the subject, keeps cables away from your feet and keeps stand legs out of wide shots. The system is modular, so the layout can be changed or extended later.

Check your ceiling before you buy. The rails must be fixed into a solid, structurally sound ceiling. Never fit them to plasterboard, a hollow ceiling or a suspended grid, because the track could pull out and fall. Screws and bolts are not included, as the right fixings depend on what your ceiling is made of, so source ones that are rated for the full weight of the system. Each pantograph, and any single point on the track, should carry no more than 15kg, and avoid parking more than two pantographs close together. If you have any doubt about the ceiling, have it surveyed by a professional before fitting, and check the installation once it is up. Safe installation is the buyer's responsibility.

The rails are 3m long, so the system ships as an oversized delivery. The delivery charge is worked out at checkout.

Returns are inspected in detail. Anything sent back must arrive in the same condition it left: free of marks and scratches, with every accessory, all the protective plastic and all the inner packaging, undamaged. If anything is marked, missing or damaged, the return may not be refunded, or up to 50% may be taken off the refund. Please measure your space and check your ceiling before you open and unpack everything.
