How it works
Hiring a backdrop from us is very simple. Check if the backdrop is available by contacting us HERE.
If your preferred backdrop is available on the date you need, we’ll ask you to pay in advance for the rental, return shipping and a refundable deposit.
Your deposit will be refunded once the backdrop is safely returned to us. As long as the backdrop is returned undamaged, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Shipping is £110 for a 2.7m wide backdrop and £80 for a 1.8m wide backdrop, including return shipping/ insurance.
Please leave plenty of time for your backdrop will arrive safely for your shoot.
If you can’t find the backdrop you need, please contact us, and we can possibly help you by painting a bespoke canvas backdrop for you.

Your backdrop will arrive by courier, safely packaged and insured.

Please always use the backdrop in a clean environment. When unwrapping, avoid using any sharp objects (scissors/knives). Please never stand on the backdrops with soiled shoes, (or allow others to do so) high heels are strictly prohibited. Always use A-clamps (not staples) to attach the backdrop to your support/stand if not using aluminium core provided. If you feel that your backdrop has arrived with any damage, please contact us!

In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the client is liable for a replacement or damage fee.

No. Please do not try to modify the backdrops in any way.

We can do this if you give us 48 hours’ notice, prior shipping date subject to the replacement backdrop being available at your chosen time.

As long as the backdrop has not been immediately booked out for another client, this should be fine—please contact us if you need to arrange this!

An additional day fee may incur if a backdrop is returned after the agreed time.
